I signed up for basic mediation training with Phoenix Dispute Solutions in the Summer of 2022.  I was pleasantly pleased with the training.  The instructor was very informative and the materials provided were insightful.  We had numerous practice mediation sessions that gave the trainees insight on the mediation process and some needed hands-on experience.  I would definitely recommend Phoenix Dispute Solutions... 5 stars!
