In Colorado there is no government certification provided by the state for the practice of mediation. Therefore, completion of this course qualifies you to become a mediator. It provides the learning and accreditations necessary be able to develop your mediation practice. After completion of the course, you can proceed to receive instructions and start developing your experience and resume.
The Colorado Office of Dispute Resolution does provide its own guidelines for a select group of mediators to join its panel. These guidelines are met with under our training course.
