At Phoenix, our commitment to the development of the mediation industry and its professionals means that we continuously endeavour to provide the highest quality and depth of service to our trainees. We believe that for mediation to continue its growth as a trusted method of dispute resolution around the globe, mediators must be able to deliver high-quality services and consistently achieve results, forging a relationship of trust and confidence with users. Doing so requires mediators to acquire a sufficient degree of field knowledge and competency after having completed their initial training. We are out therefore of the firm belief that gaining accreditation is merely the first step in one’s journey towards becoming a successful mediator.

The way Phoenix enables mediators trained under its programs to achieve on the ground experience as practitioners is by inducting them onto our mediation panel. By doing this, we provide newly qualified mediators the opportunity to mediate disputes as mediators and co-mediators, as well as attend highly complex mediations as silent observers. Mediators also gain access to and rub shoulders with some of the most highly regarded professionals within the field.

Phoenix, therefore, provides its mediators with an invaluable head start in their careers, allowing them to build their skills and reputations under our constant support and guidance.
