I have worked in HR since 2008 both in house and as an HR consultant since 2014, holding both level 5 and level 7 HR Management qualifications certified by the CIPD. I qualified as a mediator in early 2021 with PDSL and am a member of the International Mediation Institute. My experience as an HR professional has included handling workplace disputes through both informal and formal methods, helping individuals to resolve matters between themselves where possible. This naturally led to an interest in practicing mediation to take dispute resolution a step further. I specialise in dealing with small and medium sized businesses and am able to understand workplace matters from a balanced perspective, having been employed by an SME previously and as an SME owner today.
