Our mission is to create a 21st century legal platform which bridges the emerging trust deficit between the legal profession and the general public. We believe that the key to this lies in the adoption of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods and digitising their access. We are therefore committed to developing software that allows users to access ADR options with an ease that is currently lacking. 

Through our state of the art ADR platform, we intend to become the go-to organisation for ADR in the world. We aim to be a nerve centre for dispute resolution, thought leadership, seminars and training as well as various other initiatives that contribute to the expansion of ADR worldwide.  


Our vision is to reconceptualise the way legal services are approached and delivered across the globe. Through our efforts, the future of the legal profession should belong to digitisation and ADR, so that more disputes are resolved and less costs are incurred.


At Phoenix, our philosophy is that parties should achieve a resolution of their dispute that they deem satisfactory. Therefore, we aim to promote and normalise the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution around the globe, replacing the current costly and time-consuming means of dispute resolution. We believe that to achieve this, it is essential that ADR’s benefits are showcased through an organised platform dedicated to ADR rather than the current fragmented approach adopted by practitioners.
