We believe that the future of dispute resolution should belong to ADR, so that more conflicts are resolved and less costs are incurred. Our focus is therefore on training the next generation of ADR practitioners whether they be lawyers, HR managers, engineers, finance professionals or belong to any other field.
We are approved by the leading standard-bearers in ADR and mediation including the Civil Mediation Council and the International Mediation Institute. PDSL's own mediation accreditation represents the highest quality benchmark where mediation training and services are concerned.
Through our state of the art training and thought leadership, we intend to become the go-to organisation for ADR in the world. We aim to be a nerve centre for dispute resolution, thought leadership, seminars and training as well as various other initiatives that contribute to the expansion of ADR worldwide.
At Phoenix, our philosophy is that parties should achieve a resolution of their dispute that they deem satisfactory. Therefore, we aim to promote and normalise the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution around the globe, replacing the current costly and time-consuming means of dispute resolution. We believe that to achieve this, it is essential that ADR’s benefits are showcased through an organised platform dedicated to ADR rather than the current fragmented approach adopted by practitioners.
