All our international courses follow the same content and structure as our flagship Phoenix Mediation Course with relevant local synchronisation where required. This is an intensive 5-day programme accredited by the Civil Mediation Council & International Mediation Institute. Our courses are heavily practice focused and allow you to gain personalised one-on-one training from our experienced mediation trainers. Frequently Asked Questions
The PDSL Mediation Training Course is a professional accreditation. You will become an International Mediation Institute qualified mediator and be able to register on their panel. All attendees will receive their qualification certificates in hard copy and electronic form.
PDSL will be delivering its globally recognised mediation training programme to students from the University of the West Indies in June 2023. The course will take place from 3rd June to 13th June 2024, consisting of the following timings:
- June 3rd - 7th: 9 am - 1 pm (Sessions 1 - 5)
- June 12th-13th: 9 am - 5 pm (Mock & Final Assessment)
The course will be delivered to students online. Our virtual mediation training programme is a first of its kind in the world. We use state of the art software to recreate a real-life classroom experience enabling attendees to learn and qualify as mediators from home. The virtual mediation training programme follows the same content and structure as our flagship Phoenix Mediation Course. Find out more about how virtual training works here.
The PDSL Mediation Training is internationally recognised for its high quality and academic rigour. It typically costs £1,199.99 for professionals to attend the course. Under a special student discount for the University of the West Indies, the course is on offer for £500.
Students can take advantage of a 5-month instalment plan. To do so, simply choose the “pay by instalment” ticket below. You will be required to pay your first instalment of £100 to confirm the booking. This will be followed by monthly instalments for the remaining four months.
