I am a trade union official and I am responsible for negotiating my members terms and conditions, representing members up to employment tribunal level, deal with grievances, disciplinaries, consultations, reorganisations, tupe transfers, advising from recruiting to terminating of contracts, discrimination cases, performance management, developing and reviewing HR policies, recruitment and organising, equality and diversity, staff management, using my mediation skills to resolve disputes between colleagues and branch officials, including settlement agreements.
