I have found the administration of this course to be better than I have ever seen before. Everything, for me, ran like clockwork, was well organised. It was better than the technical and administrative skills of my employer and any university I have attended. Everything was streamlined, refined. Even down to being sent individual zip files which clearly identified the parts we were to play. This information could have been discerned from the documents provided, but the administration made it explicitly clear, leaving no margin for error and everything was just completed to such a high standard. Excellent.
The whole process was awesome and I am happy I attended. I will be more than happy to attend another programme by Phoenix if time will allow me. Thank you all so much. It has been a wonderful experience.
One of the best, most realistic and effective training courses I've attended
This has been the best course I have ever attended. The trainers were clearly experienced professionals, knowledgeable about the craft and able to pass on that knowledge to assist me with the development of my own skill set. I was initially a little apprehensive about the role play element to the course, but once you do it you realise its relevance and importance in order to progress.
This is the best administered course I have attended, and I have attended lots of courses over the years
