Mediation in the Mainstream
The 1st Phoenix Mediation Forum is an event for ADR experts and lawyers to come together and discuss the growing mainstreaming of mediation across legal systems. The discussion will specially focus on whether the steady growth in mediation now requires the profession to have some kind of regulatory oversight. All attendees will get the opportunity to interact with speakers and network with fellow professionals.

Professor Suzanne Rab
Professor Suzanne Rab is a lead trainer at Phoenix and a regulatory Barrister at Serle Court. She will be speaking on the issue of regulation within mediation.

Mr. Brown is currently the training programme leader at Phoenix and President of Mediation International. He will be offering an international perspective on the mainstreaming of mediation through mandatory pilots across Europe and what this means for the future of mediation in the United Kingdom.
