As Alternative Dispute Resolution grows, organisations must pioneer new standards for service provision and training. This is where Phoenix comes in. We set the quality benchmark for training new mediators and ensure that their delivery enhances public trust and credibility in the profession. We are therefore externally approved by domestic and international mediation organisations. This includes the Civil Mediation Council and through partnership with Mediation International, the International Mediation Institute.
