The PDSL Mediation Training Course provides a recognised professional qualification. Successfully completing the course assessment will result in you becoming a PDSL accredited and International Mediation Institute qualified mediator. You will be able to register with both organisations as a mediator.

You will also have the opportunity to be qualified with the Civil Mediation Council (CMC) and become eligible as a CMC Associate. Under CMC guidelines, this will require you to undertake an in-person assessment after the completion of the course. This will be an in-person assessment in a location near you. This assessment will require a £50 administration fee to attend.

All of our trainers are highly experienced and regularly mediate complex disputes within their respective fields. The trainers come from varying backgrounds within mediation and the legal profession. Most of our trainers also have university lecturing experience.

Testimonials

Proven Results, Trusted Professionals

This has been the best course I have ever attended. The trainers were clearly experienced professionals, knowledgeable about the craft and able to pass on that knowledge to assist me with the development of my own skill set. I was initially a little apprehensive about the role play element to the course, but once you do it you realise its relevance and importance in order to progress.

Student

This is the best administered course I have attended, and I have attended lots of courses over the years

Student

I have found the administration of this course to be better than I have ever seen before. Everything, for me, ran like clockwork, was well organised. It was better than the technical and administrative skills of my employer and any university I have attended. Everything was streamlined, refined. Even down to being sent individual zip files which clearly identified the parts we were to play. This information could have been discerned from the documents provided, but the administration made it explicitly clear, leaving no margin for error and everything was just completed to such a high standard. Excellent.

Student

The whole process was awesome and I am happy I attended. I will be more than happy to attend another programme by Phoenix if time will allow me. Thank you all so much. It has been a wonderful experience.

One of the best, most realistic and effective training courses I've attended
